Quick thought: Don’t moan in the name of your brand

Here is a quick thought I had this morning while I was cycling to the studio.

This morning I saw a post moaning about how horrible was commuting. That post was coming from one of our small business acquaintances. To me, that didn’t give a good impression. It made me think how important is projecting the right image.

You have to think about your brand like a person. People don’t like to be with negative people; people likes to be with spontaneous fun people.

That’s why sometimes is good to wait 15 minutes before pressing ‘Post’.
